ADI发展研究所，又名“能力发展研究所”，发展领域支持性组织，工商注册名“北京大道生明咨询有限公司”。自2008年开始融合就业本土探索，致力于可持续发展研究与支持工作，是由法学、哲学、政治学、经济学、社会学、心理学等海内外多学科杰出人才组成的民间智库型团队。面向政府、企业与民间组织提供社会经济等方面的咨询服务。

Able Development Institute is a supportive NGO in the development areas. Our industry and commerce registration name is Beijing Dadaoshengming Consulting Co. Ltd. We focus on sustainable development research and support and started local integrated employment exploration since 2008. We are a think-tank type team which consists of multidisciplinary outstanding talents from both home and abroad who major in law, philosophy, politics, economics, sociology, psychology and so on. We provide consultation about social economy to government, enterprise and NGO.

1、青年发展项目——社会化课题

致力于寻找青年社会角色转换干预模型，尤其是个人从相对封闭的环境中过度到新的社会角色，同时建立教育与倡导的支持与响应网络。

1、Project for Youth Development – topic of growing and socialization

We devote to find intervention analysis models to help the individuals who are in an artificially isolated or closed environment to adapt to the open social milieu. Based on it, we build up a mutual educational and advocating on-line platform.

2、融合就业行动研究项目——理论与实践结合的模型探索

以联合国《身心障碍者权利公约》为权利原则，以市场为导向，倡导在合理便利与非歧视条件下推动无障碍工作环境的建设，促进各种类型的障碍者就业。融合就业强调社会各界力量的参与，通过建立健全政府、企业与就业者三方支持系统，包括对身心障碍者的岗位研究与开发、职业训练、以及其工作伙伴的融合培训与后期评估等，将实操性社会模型的理论与实践相结合。

2、Project for Integrated Employment – exploring a theory and practice combined model

Integrated employment is based on the principle of rights of CRPD and market orientation. This project is committed to advocate the building of accessible working milieu under the conditions of reasonable accommodation and nondiscrimination and promote the employment of people with various types of disabilities. Integrated employment emphasizes the participation of all sectors of society. Through establish and improving the supporting system among government, enterprises and employees, including the post study and development for people with disabilities, vocational training, integration training among their work partners and final evaluation, we will combine the theory and practice of practical social model.

除此之外，ADI发展研究所也特别关注于女性发展，尤其是困境障碍女性发展的模型探索。

Besides, we also devote to explore the development models of women, especially the women with disabilities.
